LocumTele is responsible for clinical care, provider licensure and oversight, patient records and clinical policies. Elivara Health provides the website and non-clinical support, and cannot influence a clinical outcome.

Your provider's name, credential and licence are given in your care materials, or by emailing support@elivarahealth.com, before treatment begins.
