What telehealth means

Telehealth uses secure electronic communication so you can be evaluated by a licensed provider without an in-person visit.

Benefits and limitations

Telehealth can make care more convenient. A provider can't do a physical exam remotely, and technical problems or incomplete information can affect care. Your provider may recommend in-person care or decide not to prescribe.

Alternatives

You may choose in-person care, contact your own healthcare professional, or decline telehealth at any time.

Privacy and security

We use secure systems for telehealth communication. No electronic system is completely secure. Use a private setting and protect your login details.

Your responsibilities

We serve 47 states + DC. We do not currently serve patients in Alaska, Mississippi or New Jersey, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses. Give accurate information, tell your provider where you are located, follow your care plan, report side effects, and call 911 in an emergency.
